This Privacy Policy describes how Raindrop AI Builder ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the Ecommerce AI SEO Booster Chrome Extension ("the Extension"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how the Extension works.

2. What the Extension Does

The Ecommerce AI SEO Booster is a Chrome browser extension that helps ecommerce sellers improve their product listings on platforms including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify. It provides:

• AI-powered SEO scoring and keyword analysis
• Automated title and description rewriting suggestions
• Competitor analysis and market positioning insights

To deliver these features, the Extension reads product listing data from the webpage you are currently viewing and sends it to the Anthropic API (Claude AI) for analysis.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identification
• We do not track your browsing history or which pages you visit
• We do not store any product data on our servers
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels
• We do not collect payment information
• We do not share any data with third parties except Anthropic (for AI analysis)
• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever

5. Your Anthropic API Key

The Extension requires you to provide your own Anthropic API key to use the AI features. This key is:

• Stored exclusively in your browser's local Chrome storage (chrome.storage.sync)
• Never transmitted to Raindrop AI Builder or any server we operate
• Used only to make direct API calls to Anthropic on your behalf
• Removable at any time by clearing it from the extension popup

6. Third-Party Services

Anthropic API

When you use the SEO Audit, Rewrite, or Competitor Analysis features, the product listing data you are viewing is sent to the Anthropic API for AI processing. This data is processed under Anthropic's own Privacy Policy, available at anthropic.com/privacy. Anthropic does not use API request data to train their models by default.

8. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. The Extension is designed with a privacy-first architecture:

• All data processing happens locally in your browser or directly with Anthropic's API
• There is no Raindrop AI Builder server that receives or stores your data
• Your API key is stored using Chrome's built-in encrypted storage
• We follow Chrome Extension security best practices including Content Security Policy

9. Children's Privacy

The Extension is intended for use by ecommerce sellers and business owners. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through the Chrome Web Store listing. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no data for us to delete, export, or correct. If you wish to remove your API key from local Chrome storage, you can do so at any time by clearing it in the extension popup or by uninstalling the Extension.
